RE: the thrift.... this was released to investors May 12th... Mr. Doyle has been working diligently on the bank. We are on schedule and look to have a pre-filing meeting in the near future. Once the bank is in place, we can expand our financial services to include CDs, consumer loans, small business loans, etc. This combined with the other services on our Internet hub will bring us closer to being the leader in Internet-based financial services. #reply-9740037 and this on March 24th... First States Financial provides the keystone for our dynamic organization. In anticipation of our license as a federally chartered thrift, the addition of First State Financial gives us a kick start in achieving our goals. Having a thrift on the team provides PanAmerican BanCorp with liquidity and added stability. #reply-9880503 which I might remind the board is ONE day after the company submitted a PPM to sell 100Million shares of stock at 1 cent each. Was looking for the first mention of the thrift, I know it's in a PR, thinking it's within the first 2-3weeks of March but haven't located it yet.
