It's stodgy only in that it really doesn't go out of its way to toot its horn. This release is a little out of character.
It's way more than just an OLB, and IMHO the sum of the parts is quite a bit higher than current prices.
Someone posted that Bove has put a price of $69 on SWS in the event of a takeover. Not trying to fan any flames there, and don't even know for sure if Bove really said that, I'm only trying to show that this one has a lot of moving parts that few know about.
