To All, possible offering to shareholders.

This is from an email sent to me in response to a query about an IG posting yesterday...."The Investor's Investor". Outside of the advertisement for buy/sell recommentdations, he had this response about STS:

p.s. A couple of you have asked if we could advise with respect to STS.
Rick Ilot (President) called on Friday to advise that Yetwene property may
not yet be lost. The Angolans have shown a willingness to extend period
for finding financing if STS can come up with it soon. Rick will be flying
to Angola on
May 5 to confirm the extension. In the meantime STS shareholders meeting
takes place in Vancouver on April 30. At this time, we anticipate STS will
announce to the public it's plans to raise the necessary $5 Million through
an offering to it's shareholders. That is, STS shares will be available
for .25 - .35 for purchase. STS would be hoping to sell approx. 15 million
shares to it's current shareholder base. We believe this is ambitious but
the deal is a great one for investors. Moreover, If the whole amount is
not raised, funds would be returned to those who participated. In
conclusion, if you have held on this long, STS represents little additional
downside. At this time, evidence does not exist for an upside but the
possibility exists.
