LB --Does not make sense that the stock is weak with this news out ? We are talking about a major increase in sales of 25% or more . Also the government must have approved the contract if their is to be a signing tomorrow which has always been an overhang that has been removed . The market is not logical sometimes --hopefully this will be reviewed at Thursday analyst meeting . Most analysts do not have the China contract in the forecast for next year . BEST WISHES BILL
