Eric Lidow, who is 87 years old an is one of IRF's founders is the one who is selling 400,000 of his shares.

The state of Wisconsin investment board, according to the Sec filing, owns 3.9 million IRF shares. Apparently IRf's largest share holder. They are expected to own 3.9 million shares after the offering, according to the SEC filing. No change. Alexander, and Derek Lidow are not selling any shares. And it does not look like any executive officers or directors are selling.
