To answer a couple of questions:
This a not a jury trial. The judge is being asked to issue an injunction barring TT from making "reckless" statements in the future, and to impose a civil penalty of $50,000. I think the penalty is new. They want to punish TT for nor settling with them. I think Monday went well, but was quite boring. I haven't had much time for posting. I've been trying to learn as much as possible from Dr. Atwood (Ron), Dr. Hausen (Don) and Mr. Paravicini (Guido). Needless to say, they are all quite impressive.
