Did somebody of the threat know or follow this advertising???

-- ourEvillage.com, a division of
PanAmerican BanCorp (OTC:BB - PABN), initiated the first phase of promotional
efforts today by kicking off a regional print advertising campaign. The ads will
run in Nassau and Suffolk Counties, New York, Middlesex, New Jersey, and Clark
County, Nevada, where ourEvillage.com has established regional sales offices.

"For obvious reasons, we have placed these ads in the regional papers where the
first local editions are to be launched. It is important for us to not only
promote ourEvillage.com as a unique, local portal site, but as a full-service
ISP, too," stated Adam B. Schuman, Director of Corporate Communications for
PanAmerican BanCorp.

OurEvillage.com has taken a proactive approach to building site traffic and
promoting its ISP services, which includes but is not limited to, unlimited
monthly Dial-up and comprehensive commercial and low-cost consumer DSL. In
addition to traditional promotional activities, local publishers will
aggressively create awareness and manage advertising sales efforts in their home
markets.

PanAmerican BanCorp is primarily engaged in the development and marketing of
Internet/interactive products and services with a particular emphasis on
financial services, investment services, and e-business activities.
