tell you what Bux. you prove it is and i'll gladly give you information which may help you define otherwise. you are confusing Qualcomm's agreement with Neopoint with Qualcomm's agreement with Interdigital. Qualcomm's agreement with Neopoint occurred recently. again, CDMA2000 was non-existant when IDC made its agreement with Qualcomm. I would suggest that you first consultant a standards attorney before continuing this line of bantering.

regardless of what CDMA2000 does or does not do in the marketplace, CDMA2000 is not IDC's key to success. GSM/TDMA control over 75% of the world marketplace. the conversion of these technologies to 3g is through the least costly, most efficient path which is currently expected to be WCDMA. IDC's revenue from WCDMA will be both product based and patent agreement through a value added strategy.
