Related:SBC DSL rollout The bad news is that SBC is doing a lousy job of buildng a DSL subscriber base, the good news is that they recognize the problem (e.g. new lower entry costs) and the feds are pressuring them (via their LD application) to enable CLEC DSL rollout. Real competition from the CLECs will cause overall growth and efficiencies in DSL rollout and be good for the ATM equipment market. What are prospects that an RBOC could actually respond quickly and make a bigger pie for everyone in 2000-1? Is Pronto aptly named?
