Not that an L2 helps a whole lot but you can get in out fast since you know where someone is willing to buy/sell so you can plan ahead. But yes it is like Island book... Except that only shows the market on Island ECN.. there is a lot of others.. You dont see all the sub-quotes on them, But you get the best on each one.
