Thanks for your reply. But who are these big PLAYERS that are looking at Hawkeye??

I thought the EOP wanted to be completed when the stock was around 1.20?

Once the news is released about the EOP will these big PLAYERS jump in and take position on this 10 buck stock?

I have noticed more trades in the stock lately which to me is encouraging. Are these insiders trying to get cheap stock before the stock rises? Or is it a couple of people creating a market?
