Hi Oak, Relatively low float the reason - but it won't stay that way, as that is how funding (and funding is for sure needed there) take place. --------------- Here: 10Q 2qtr back The issuer had 8,159,565 shares of its $.001 par value Common Stock issued and outstanding as of November 10, 1999. ------------- Now last qtr: The issuer had 8,531,189 shares of its $.001 par value Common Stock issued and outstanding as of February 2, 2000. I do certainly dislike the error there in the last 10Q - Stockholders' Equity: Common stock; $.001 par value, 25,000,000 shares authorized, 8,726,198 shares issued and outstanding. --------
500K shares per qtr to fund the activities = 6% dilution per qtr.
A book value of only 1.5. !! after having issued those 500K shares cash position last qtr 405K$ - So next qtr the story will be the same and so it will continue until stock quote meet book-value at sub 1$.
Somewhere there are one or more clever stock promoters working this one, generating a hausse on the low float.
The old saying buy low sell high certainly apply here.
IMVHO there is no chance that eg. DEBIS would buy this one out, neither ADP.
So there is only one way as the story will unfold. It is not a new msft, and their market is highly competitive.
