Potential Aspect Competitor Going Public ! Hi All ! I've been watching this thread closely and learning what I can about CADIS and other ASDV competitors. Get this... As it turns out, a small company that has the same technology and offerings as ASDV is going public by merging with smaller public company (kinda the same way Amati came public). The company's name is DMI Inc. and trades under the symbol "DMIN". Right now it's just 8 cents a share, way up from a 52-low of 2 cents, but still a far cry from its high of 20 cents. Anyways, the name of the private company is DEGA Technologies. From what I've learned, they have ALOT of partnerships, just like ASDV...except they are in the transportation industry (vs. manufacturing and electronics for ASDV). So, i suspect that DEGA and ASDV could both grow quickly and independent of each other for a long time. The merger is due to be completed in June and DEGA is looking to grow its revenues at 100% per year. From what I understand, people are starting to buy shares of DMIN in anticipation of the merger completion, which is why the stock is up so much in the last week. Does anyone know anything more about this ??? I want to jump on it, but a want more info first... P.S. DEGA's web site is at dega.com Thanks !!! js
