Here is a sign of a well managed company. Evidently, Corel doesn't have enough shares to allow their employees to exercise their options. At first I thought this was some kind of joke, but I read the news on Bloomberg. What's next? Forgetting to pay the electric bill. When (and if) the deal goes through, I think I'm going to buy a Pinto to match my new stock portfolio.

Sounds like further dilution of my 0.747 shares of Corel before the deal closes. Time to renegotiate!!
