See insidertrader.com for the difference between the two. The following info comes from insidertrader.com Form 144 filings for March (potential sales) ASPECT DEVELOPMENT (ASDV) 209,000 shares worth $5,194,299 based upon the average share price of $24.25 when registered. (I know the math does not compute, but that's what insidertrader.com says). Form 4 for March (actual sales) ASPECT DEVELOPMENT (ASDV) 26,900 shares at an average price of $27.49 on the sale dates 2/24 - 2/26. // marc
