it looks like other advantages for mattson would be higher throughput(ACCORDING to the specs for nvls that I read) and a smaller footprint and the ability to convert the aspen 111 to 300mm wafer production with very little change in the machine; does anyone know how this process is going for nvls and amat; and if mattsons time advantage is still a valuable selling point, as the ramp to 300 mm wafer production seems to be speeding up? thanks, steve
