sure, here's why I think ONT would be a good marriage

while ONT has explored lot's of ways in which to penetrate the market with it's CODEC and streaming media distribution model, it's been surprisingly quiet about remote learning and video conferencing applications. WPNE on the other hand could really use more exposure, as ONT continues to sign deal with big names like AOL/TWX, NorthPoint, UAL, hopefully MSFT, and possibly benefit from ONT's CODEC especially since it's so optimized for broadband and IE5.0 as WPNE will need to grow. RealNetwoks is ONT's competitor, and since MicoSoft is determined to kill RealNetworks, WPNE would be smarter to side with a CODEC that MSFT may ultimately favor. I just find these two stocks trading so closely in concert to be too suspicious to be mere coincedence.
