You would expect in a balanced portrait that with seven questions about Amazon problems, you'd get at least one case of:

Answer: Yes, it does
or at least a:
Answer: Maybe, it depends on Y Z.

I agree, and suspected the report may be guilty of looking closely at the positives and not closely enough at the negatives. I haven't yet read past the first couple pages, but it will be unfortunate if TMF can't direct their research efforts somewhat objectively.
