It is quite clear, you have not been reading the large number of NN takeover articles written over the past several months. A takeover of NN had been expected to be completed by the time of NN's earnings release. I did not set the date, the analysts have set the date, and NN/TM have done little to diffuse the issue.

If there is an acquiring company, the results are already known to them.

You are not in a position to demand anything from anyone.
