I was furious at NDB a little while ago, but talked to the Customer Service Supervisor, Desi Gonzalez, and in five minutes, with one call, he took care of the problem. And he was so nice and reasonable and civil about it, too.

That is why I love Desi Gonzalez at National Discount Broker.
