Darrell, I haven't stated that the '94 agreement is transferable to 3G but you have stated it is not. I'm asking you to support your claim.

I would suggest that you start working right away on your trustworthiness.

My trustworthiness is fine thank-you. I have asked you numerous times to support your claims about what I have said with a simple cut and paste but you have not responded. Don't tell me you are such a specialized "telecom expert" that you don't know how to cut and paste?

YET, IDC HAS CLAIMED, both in writing and in conference, that they own technology in all five standards. That includes CDMA2000. If you want to argue with attornies at IDC, go argue with them. You can spit on the ground all day long Bux, but it won't make a river. Until you produce evidence which controverts IDC's claims, stop harassing me on this minor issue.

Minor issue? Whether IDC has already licensed their early pioneering patents for 3G CDMA or not is a minor issue? You have now removed all doubt about your credibility here. Keep in mind that IDC owning some IPR in all 3G standards (even if true) is completely compatible with having licensed all the necessary foundational patents away. Still waiting for you to support your unqualified claim that the '94 agreement doesn't apply to 3G.

Sincerely,

Bux
