The company suffered some major setbacks. I re-read the old PR. They were relying heavily on the Nevada people, remember the Realty Mortgage Centers? Bullock will be responsible for all collection and back room activities at FirstStates and will be tapped to head the construction to permanent mortgage division for PanAmerican BanCorp through RMC, a wholly owned subsidiary of PanAmerican. Remember all the hype about the RMC deals? It was played up big time in the Mar. 23, 1999 PPM. Things seem to be falling apart. They have a lot of fires to put out, IMO.
