Michael-- <<"The Big guys will eventually (soon) come back in droves">> I can agree with all but one word in that statement. The word "soon" does not belong. They need a reason as they are not here for 2 or 3 points but much more. There is no reason to believe CPQ will hold 30 - 33 and that is still far away and not really worth it to them,,, the 'credability gap' has not been plugged-- it has deminished only because the info with meaning being disseminated has deminished,,,
