Steve I spoke with the broker on friday, He is going to send me a copy of a report which was sent to him on ACTC. Until I get this report and look it over I don't want to say anything that would be misleading. I can tell you this while it is fresh in my memory: He said they have no debt, an excellent line of credit which they have not used to date and the companies being acquired ( I am not sure how many of the acquisitions pertain to this ) by them are willing to accept payment in stock. This to me says that they believe in ACTC I would like to be more informative but I like to have cold hard facts before I pass them on. Ed B.
