Bob, this is a nice little parachute!! Now, Vohs is free to go out and find a prospective buyer by telling him what a rotten job current management has been doing and how much potential there is if competent management is put in place. This little benny will cost any new owners about $2M, on top of whatever they might be willing to pay for ROSS.
