Each unit consists of one share and one half share purchase warrant. One full warrant plus $0.25 will enable the warrant-holder to purchase one share for a one-year period. The Company will use the proceeds of the private placement for general corporate purposes and to advance work on those of its Argentina concessions not covered in the Barrick Gold agreement previously announced January 31, 2000.
