I am not sure. I would write coroporate IR and they should be able to give you an idea. Sounds like there were some details that need to be hammered out with the IRS. Strength of this going into the ipo has been amazing. I saw somewhere that hedge funds and so forth were piling in for the ipo but will be out by the ipo date. I for one will be short by the ipo date. <g> x
