I was using sonic.net which is a good general source. However, I believe I remember a list that Tim Luke compiled, of nothing but RealTick brokers. When you used that term non-RealTick I thought perhaps there might be be a similar list of the (direct-access) nons. Will continue sifting.

Picked this one up along the way, but their software beta did not seem compelling to me. globalnetrader.com
