Dom, I don't think it will help BAY that much,but penetration is running over 5% and in some places 10%. Everyone is ecstatically happy with it that I know of,and it is selling well outside the U.S. with a huge upgrade going on in Canada with Rogers and Shaw. They have direct internet websites that are extremely fast and they are trying to develop their own content. The market is potentially huge and I think they could close down most if not all of the ISP's,but it will take at least 10 years to do so. @Home is the best part of TCI and it is the only value in TCI besides their infrastructure.
