Irregardless of what some on this thread say, my belief is that MC is a super technical strategist and is putting together (and implementing) just the type of forward looking and effective strategy (with clarity and simplification) we (and the analysts) have desired for the past few years.

I also believe he will implement them and their results will be great.

As a CEO making the tough corporate cost cutting decisions MC still has to be quicker and more decisive but that too will come in time.

Additonally (but this shouldn't deter from the above):

Having MY druthers to make the decisions I would make MC COO and combine with UIS making Larry Weinbach the CEO.
