Why Feb,22 may not be the day? If!!! merger will be announced it may happen on Feb.23 after market close in EU(10-11am EST)- a la Fore System. If not , this means that bankers of ALA or other company will be buying NN shares for few days after Feb.22 on initial sell off to buy it on discount and saving hundreds of million $. Also NN will concentrate on Feb,22 CC on NN fundamentals which are important to prospective buyer shareowners. Just my opinion.
