Les, besides the double bottom on the dja, the morgan stanley cyclicals were at 12 9 day rsi on friday and had a giant bullish engulfing candle today, also xal is sitting on 11 9 day rsi and near the 10/98 low, pretty close to about as oversold as you can get (except for uspix -g_)

since we are following last year somewhat closely, we may be starting a cyclical rally, which started on 2/17 last year.
