This raises my most disturbing problem with INPR. It is good that they are investing in Linux. However, they have an installed base that can not be ignored. INPR must keep investing in its Windows tools (Delphi, C++B, and JBuilder for WIndows). Betting the farm on Linux is stupid. If they abandon their base of developers, they will be finished. Period.

BTW: If we INPR shareholders reject this offer, won't we have to pay CORL ~$25M? If the deal fails, and INPR has to eat such a large loss, then then Dale is out.
