Ron, Dec. Q is the end of fiscal year for NTAI, but not for DSWL. If both DSWL and NTAI were US based companies, today would be the deadline for DSWL to report, while March 31 would be the deadline for NTAI. It seems that DSWL has some flexibilities regarding the deadline because it does not need to file 10Q. I would feel more comfortable if companies like DSWL and NTAI follow a self-imposed reporting deadline that is compatible with US-based companies, even though they are not officially required to do so.
