Sat2000 chose SeaChange International, Inc.'s SEAC video server system for its unparalleled ability to cost-effectively manage multichannel video operations with fault resilience and to easily expand in support of its growth strategy.

Since its founding in 1998, Sat2000 has established itself as a prominent satellite service

Based in Rome, Sat2000's Broadcast MediaCluster 800 series comprises four `nodes'
(computer servers) with four inputs, five outputs and 200 hours of video storage. The
system is integrated with Sat2000's choice of ETERE automation software.
