Deeber there are rules for filling at the market. The MM has a quoted price for a specific number of shares. Once it is filled he can leave. If another market order gets there in front of you, you will not get filled at that price, you pay the next quoted price. When Bids and Asks are moveing rapidly it is best to use a limit. But in these types of issues limits are hard to get filled. This is why I do not trade in small OTC BB stocks. The MM has the advantage.
