The drift I'm getting from WPNE is that they are positioning themselves to be an ASP, AOL will not allow them to do this if AOL buys them out. AOL will want MultiPoint CU-seeme all for themselves as with their Instant Messenger, the PIGS, if AOL buys them out I'm selling as soon as the price settles. Pine has too much going on with other companys in this country and all over the world, with AOL's foot on the back of Piney's head all those relationships will be out the window. We will all make a lot more money if Piney goes it alone.

Net2phone. AOL will offer bundled(free) long distance as part of the standard aol subscription. WPNE being integrated into AOL IM platform which has already been integrated with Net2phone. GE Capital who owns both WPNE and NTOP is in bed with aol. WPNE to be sold and folded into aol.
All speculation so far, but I've trading this scenario for the last year and it's finally unfolding. Making money yeehaaa! I'm not an insider but I do read SEC documents and have drawn this likely exit scenario.
