No matter what the stock will do tomorrow ( and who cares anyway )
it is going higher in the longer term. Wal-Mart win was very significant. ESHR was competing for this deal head to head with EGAN and KANA. And got it. Leave alone prestige, its a very significant piece of business.
NetAgent is a product far superior to its competition.

Do yourself a favor and listen to the conference call.

I wouldn't be surprized if the Microsoft buzz proves to be true.
