Jman, you mean you didn't visit the company website yet ? It is all there. Anyway, IC gets full dividend for the current fiscal year ending in March 2000.It represents the delisted GDRs from the London Exchange. ICd on the other hand only gets a prorated portion of the annual dividend effective from Sept 27,99. Both will merge and will trade as IC beginning next fiscal year which starts on Apri 01,2000. You may still want to visit the company website and see if I am correct.
