Dear Raging Bull readers: Most of you know that I have been posting on SI for over a year.I know the facts about MDIH and have posted them for all to understand.The merger between MDIH and Lottery.com is complete.The closing will be in earlt March.Both board's have voted and it is final.Also there is a standstill agreement in place so the rumor about ELOT and Lottery.com is pure nonesense.This is how the picture will unfold.Inless than a week MDIH will anounce a private placement of 20-30 million dollars.Then on March 1st Ohio will drop some good news and then the closing will take place in a few weeks after that.The private is being done by some major players.Big players.Sci-games,NBC,and many more.A few weeks ago people were saying MDIH was nothing.They are wrong!The relationships MDIH will take ELOT years to build.By the way ask ELOT if they were at the big meeting over the last few days.The answer is no.MDIH,Sci-Games,The lottery Channel,Lottery.com were all there.Also ELOT had 9 million page hits in december .Lottery.com had 100 million page hits.I read this bull on Raging BULL and I laugh.THE DEAL IS COMPLETE.The news will take a few more days.Its only LAWYERS getting paid.They do get in the middle of everything.ITS done.Dont let any pi$$ ant scare you.LOTTERY.com will be a billion dollar company with lots of cash in the bank.LOOK at EOTS numbers today.They did 12,ooo in revenue.Thats sure is alot of lottery experience.STAY PUT we have a winner.Read my post redemption ,max, and a few others seem to know whats going on.the rest are foolish!I hope this helps. Also remember there is less that 3 million shares in the float.Most shares are in friendly hands so it dosent take that much to move the stock up or down.Also that is why the eight dollar private can be done.The big people have been sitting on the sidelines until now.In a few more days expect to see major volume inflows.This will tell you the private is done.Forget news on a daily basis just look for news from OHIO.ELOT is not a player in the business.They dont have the cash and there share structure is crazy.67 million shares while MDIH will have 23 million shares after all is done.DONT SELL AND WATCH>10-12 dollars in the next 10 days.
