Doug R. penny stock promoter? ROFLMAO!! If you were smart, you would be conversing with Doug, instead of wasting your time on this thread. Just another case of someone on this thread not doing any homework. Doug doesn't care if a stock is $2 or $80, just the direction it is going. His record needs no defending by me. Unlike anyone on this thread, he is out there for all to see. phillymag.com He may not be the best, but he's the best I've seen. And I've never seen him "promote" anything.
