Only an shrill idiot like Bux can fail to see the significance of holding patents in the top 50 of the 179 patent jurisdictions around the world. The amazing thing is that 3 out of the 49 claims in one QCOM patent recently got thrown out in South Korea and Motorola continues to raise objections about the claims in 7 other QCOM patents. Since a paragon of investing and fundamental analysis like Bux still has 80% of his money in QCOM, you would think he would be looking for information about the variances between patent jurisdictions. But no, he prefers to nitpick and split hairs over here while continuing to play dumb and stupid to the clear challenge I posed to his integrity. At least we got him to acknowledge that IDC's patents were pioneering. His own words!!!! From the last IDC earnings release: 51 new patent applications filed worldwide for CDMA and TDMA inventions. Company now holds approximately 800 CDMA and TDMA patents and patent applications in more than 50 countries. Who are you going to believe? A slimy character like Bux or your lying eyes? LOL
