IC Code of Israel signs license agreement with Intacta

ATLANTA, GA, Feb. 15 /CNW-PRN/ - Intacta Technologies Inc. (ITI) announced today ITI has signed a non-exclusive
License Agreement with IC Code Ltd. of Ramat Gan City, Israel. IC Code will incorporate ITI's INTACTA.Code(TM) into
their proprietary Automated Printing & Restoring processes for Digital Data Transfer business solutions (''A.B.C for data
transfer®''). IC Code's business solutions increase the workflow efficiency for retail, accounting, insurance, banks and other
service and product businesses by providing a central interface protocol for the automated transfer of information between
applications and systems.
IC Code will use ITI's technology to build on its position and to capitalize in a growing market for automated transfer and
data management. ''Intacta's technology will enhance our business solutions by introducing a new interface protocol allowing
our customers to increase the reliability and efficiency of their business processes while reducing their operating costs'', says
Israel Zimmerman, President of IC Code. Mr. Zimmerman added, ''ITI is an ideal partner for IC Code because of the

INTACTA.Code(TM) is a proprietary and patented technique for creating a graphic form representing binary information. In
this graphic representation, each byte of information is represented by a small pattern of black and white or color dots.
INTACTA.Code(TM) can either be stored in either its digital form or printed form. ITI licenses its INTACTA.Code(TM) to
developers and system integrators, either as a stand-alone module or as an SDK for seamless and transparent integration
within any application.
