kapkan - <1.5GHz core, 3GHz ALUs numbers seem to be solid. I spoke to one of the Willamette designers about that. There are rumors swirling around that it was a specially cooled part built with the experimental 0.13 process.> This is absolutely not true. The product was plain vanilla .18 production process. If it was a CD skew wafer or not, I don't know, but that is certainly possible. And as far as I know no special cooling methods employed. PB
