There were three factors that led to such poor sales in the past two 10QSB's, Craig: First, the sales force was essentially dismantled and rebuilt from the ground up by Ms. Nita Seng. Second, schools had a mandate to be wired for the Internet by 2000 and money went to hardware, not software. Third, Y2K fears served to further keep software sales muted.

So, with all of that baggage out of the way, we are poised and primed for a spectacular comeback in this quarter, with news of the deals you mention just around the corner, IMHO.

I believe that Thinkology will sell well, yet. And the browser? School site licenses are the emphasis, retail sales are strictly secondary.

This company knows where the money is!

Cheers!
Rick
