I think many people from Transpoint will be looking for work in the near future. Otherwise, BlueGill has worked with Transpoint. As I said before, best acquisition CKFR ever made. Still is.

What is not as apparent is that BlueGill will now be thrust into the EBPP market only. Because of the more than likely rapid ramp up for front end work, BlueGill will not be able to handle the workload. Others adept in "L2i" transformations like INTF will capture a good part of this market.

What is also does is take a competitor out of the ESP market. BlueGill was a competitor of INTF's in the ESP market, the subject of a recent Killen report. Killen suggests that this market will lead ESP and will grow to a size of $18 billion by 2005. Without BlueGill going after its turf, INTF and others within the ESP field will capture a larger market share.

This is one hell of an industry brought to you by TLindt. Hey, after three years I finally get to meet the guy this weekend at the INTF annual meeting. I had really hoped to give him the keys to a Midnight Blue Corvette but INTF has not hit $50 yet. Well, maybe this news will do it.

I find it easy to admit a mistake. My hat is off to CKFR management for their recent acquisitions and mergers. Give credit when due and it is due with respect to their activities over the last few months.
