This might cheer some of you up. You've gotta laugh at the fact that Eric has once again screwed shareholders in a
company he is associated with. His plan was so obvious. Looks like BTLY won't be filing either (IMHO). Well, we all knew
Eric would once again f### his shareholders, hope this time he borught some vaseline. Can't say we didn't try to warn
them.

Because of certain significant material changes in the ongoing operations of Bentley Communications Corp. for the month
of January, the management team has decided to delay the filing and enhance its Form 10-SB.
This was a team decision and I was in favor of filing today, then following up with an amended form.
We then decided that filing a complete, up-to-date form was preferable and would be in the best interests of BTLY
shareholders.
We ask the shareholders to understand that our team has accomplished more than we expected in these short months
and we want the filing to reflect this. We are opening the office in Hong Kong on March 1, we have just moved into a new
corporate office (which all are invited to visit), our website is improving in terms of appearance and functionality and we
are assembling a world-class technical team.
Bentley Communications Corp. is in this arena to win, not to just be an also-ran.
I personally apologize for this missed schedule, but I also want everyone to understand that on occasion, the runner
stumbles.
In the meantime, we are constantly building up the company, will release information regarding ongoing achievements,
and I am available at the office for those who would like to call (562-435-5355). I will also be available in the YAHOO!
Clubs BTLY Chat Room tomorrow night at 6 Pacific, 7 Mountain, 8 Central and 9 Eastern time for Q&A.
I think this approach and keeping you informed is the best route for us to take. I also trust that BTLY shareholders will
continue to share our dream as we continue to increase our company's value. |
