Thanks Leroyt, Where did you find the SEC filings? I have yet to even get a quote on KNIN. What were they trading at before whatever happened, happened <g>? I saw some of those messages on RB... It is such a madhouse there I couldn't make heads or tails out of the information there (being generous). I picked up on the Golan lawsuit and KNIN, but was starting to think the KNIN rumors were bogus. The lawsuit is important news. Do you know anything about how it was settled? Of course printing a few more shares to pay off Golan wouldn't really dilute us much more at this point <grin>... I saw the rumors about the attemped PR releases and an apparent explanation for their non-release that wasn't good news for MVEE. Thanks again, Mark
