To all, I converted to bearism a few weeks back am I glad I did. Here is why IOM is going to spend the next 1 1/2 months in a slow trickle down to the 13-14 range: TAKE A LOOK AT THE MARKET! Smaller tech companies are been taking it on the chin--MACR, CHPS, etc. PEs are shrinking and there is some fairly serious questioning of basic assumptions regarding overall evaluation strategies. It doesn't matter what IOM does, unless they make $.40 next quarter, their multiple isn't going to stay at 35+ unless they manage to acquire the same respect that MSFT is accorded (which I just shorted today). I'm not saying anything about the company, and I for one don't plan on staying bearish on the stock if the fundamentals continue their upward trend, but now is not the time to be long on IOM. All of you that are, well, you can watch it sink 1/8 at a time until the next pre-earnings rally in about 2 months. See ya then. Brent. ( I believe the stock traded above 18 before earnings, now we're under 16, not bad for just over a week!).
