Calladine, there is certainly going to be some horseÿ trading. Every time I go to buy something that I really want,ÿ I will always horse trade. My modus operandi is toÿ go in and point out to the seller every negative point that I can come up with. Sometimes I will leave hoping that nobodyÿ will buy the item in the meantime.ÿ However your heart flutters when youÿ know how badly you want to buy something. I think also we cannot discount that there maybe some horseplay at the two CEO levels. I mean the best way for ALA to buy NN is in the open market at current prices. Any delay in an announcement will keep prices down where ALA can accumulate them. We must not forget thatÿ every sucker who sells his shares for a low will have lost the opportunity to get the bigÿ pay off. However TM, all the Board, insiders, are all holding their shares.So that when the premium comes in from ALA it will goÿ to pay off the big guys: TM, Board, insiders and the close-in-contact Mutual funds.ÿ The little guy will get the shtick........as usual, TA
